PE Logo (WIP)

Hey guys, working on a logo for a mate, and we'd really appreciate your thoughts & honest criticism. This is a final (but still rough) draft. Line-weight will be thicker, but this is the skeleton.

Phil is a design/business consultant, and letterpressed business cards will be a big part of the logo's application.

Want it to be as good as possible, please be brutal.
