After a thorough competitor analysis, we found out that there is no private one-stop-shop veterinary hospital, that has the necessary equipment and can diagnose, treat, perform surgeries and offer inpatient treatment. Furthermore, brands communicated very technical, formal, and impersonal.

Red Thread developed an approachable, authentic brand that is anchored in the specialisation and professionalism of the team – an emotional connection that makes customers feel safe due to a rational brand narrative.
The new CVS brand no longer treats “pets”, but “best friends”, a narrative supported by the visual elements. The brand assures owners that their friends are in good hands when they need medical care.
The development of a pricing policy that encourages routine check-ups and the implementation of the newly created brand in new headquarters led to a sales increase of 100%.
