Cooking iOS App

I designed this recipe app concept to take part in Cooking app challenge on Uplabs.

These are some details about this cooking app concept. I’ve designed 5 screens (4 + 1 additional state of the Shopping list screen):
- Intro screen
- Home screen. I’ve highlighted here only one section - Today’s Special. It looks like a round tray with dishes on it, which user is supposed to rotate in order to choose a prefered one.
- Dish details screen. Here users can see all important information about the picked dish, such as preparation time, ingredients, cooking instructions etc. There is also a very useful option - ability to add all required ingredients to the shopping list.
- Shopping list. A screen where users can check out all necessary items needed for preparing chosen dishes (not shown here)
- All recipes or recipe book. This is another screen from the main menu - a collection of all available recipes which are broken down into different categories: Popular this week, Best choice; and sorted by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks etc. There can be other additional categories and filters but since this is a concept I didn’t have a goal to elaborate it thoroughly.
