Art Museum Online Reservation System Designs

Oklahoma Contemporary Art Museum was set to open in April of this year, right during the 2020 US COVID shutdown. In order to pivot for the anticipated reopening, Oklahoma Contemporary reached out to Liquidfish to build a custom reservation system for their exhibits and events. This system would allow visitors to submit their information and limit the number of guests to ensure safety protocols. The event registration would be available through an iframe embed on the museum’s website and a dashboard would be available for staff to login and manage. I was tasked to create the UI designs and user flows for this project, along with working with development to make this happen. This system was tricky to think through functionally, but the end result looks great and on brand.
