Once a tenant sends an inquiry to a landlord, both parties can chat to negotiate or schedule a visit. From the chat page, landlords can access the tenancy contract editor to move the transaction forward.

We opted for a single page combining the conversatios and chat rooms since we learned early on from surveys that the large amount of leads was a typical issue for landlords. I guess it's also fair to say that we got the green light also because we had a CSS rockstar on the engineering team 🙈
