SMART Goals
A while ago we introduced the SMART goals feature to help participants gradually work towards achieving their bigger goals in a specific and measurable way. This feature provides a structure for long lasting behavior change and people are more likely to achieve a goal when it is SMART.
After delivering an MVP version where we evaluated participants' engagement and early feedback, we shipped a more viable version that allows participants to setup, plan, track, reflect, and be coached for health goals of their choice.
