It wasn't long after launching the new Watermark website that the COVID-19 crisis hit and completely upended any sense of normalcy.
After a few quick strategy sessions, it was clear that we needed a new way to connect with people who were staying home to keep others safe. We decided to build a robust video platform, called WatermarkTV.
It was incredible to see Watermark staff rise to the occasion, developing content practically overnight, that allowed people to stay connected, even while being apart.
