Lessonly launched Customer Service Enablement 101 certification that’s focused on designing, developing, and deploying training to customer service reps.
We designed this landing page that included why a user should get certified, what to expect, and how to share the certification with a coworker. This landing page also functions as a hub for users to create a certifications account and sign back into their account.
