Doroteas Pizza Box

Doroteas is a distinct pizzeria concept located in Lote 23, one of the most important gastronomic points of the new Puerto Rican cuisine. Its owner and creator the renowned and award-winning Puerto Rican Chef Raul Correa just wanted two things: That the brand was as fresh as the ingredients he uses in his incredible menu and that it was called as a chicken he had as a pet when he was a child.
