Megabuyte News App

Megabuyte is a membership-only service providing independent data analysis on technology companies. They produce a daily email newsletter for members. They wanted to create an App that showcased these articles whilst allowing the user to customise alerts, search archived content and share articles with ease.

I was asked to create the brand and create the UX and UI for this app, working directly with the CEO of the company and the Lead Developer. The brand had to bring elements of the e-newsletters into it whilst being serious and stylish. A challenge when designing this app was keeping the navigation simple whilst displaying all relevant sub information. I also found that regularly presenting ideas to the development team allowed a smoother design process and was key to the success of the application.

The app is due to be launched later this year.
