UIUX Basic Design Process

I remembered during my first interview as a UIUX designer, the interviewer was asking me, what is my design process.

To be honest, I can't answer that. I was lost in words and I was extremely scared. I don't remember what I answered, but I am sure the interviewer didn't like it :D

In fact, back at work, we did good at planning and executing design tasks. It was based on lean methodology with 4 iterative main categories which refer to ideate, design, launch, and measure.
