Blow Fish

It turned out the little critter was a North West Blow fish. There aggressive with sharp little teeth and a painful bite, they have been known to take off peoples toes. He was a bout 60 cm long (2 feet) and followed me all the way to the shore.

As I stood in ankle deep water, he just floated there looking up at me like a little dog. I stepped out of the water and he swam off towards some other people near by, then I got back in the water to my knees and he came back and followed me again. It was a rather unusual experience.
