Freight First

Day 4 of the LogoCore 30 day challenge, Freight first is a freight broker that connects suppliers with trucking companies and ensures a safe, speedy delivery, the brief asked for a logo that strongly conveyed those values.
I went with Barlow Condensed as a typeface to get a strong and sturdy feeling, I also used italics to keep the feeling of movement. The chevron's also help with transmitting the sense of momentum.
Blue is a color that instills confidence and makes people feel at ease, which make it a great choice for this logo.
