Daily Logo Challenge | Day 32 - Sports Team Logo

Oh, boy was this one fun. I should probably preface this one with an apology to anyone from Skerries. I do really like your town, it's just that Skerries was the first Irish placename I could think of that began with an S. Today’s brief for #dailylogochallenge Day 32 was to design a logo for a sports team. So a little bit out of my more minimal comfort zone. The name choices were Flyers, Eagles, and Royal Scouts. I chose Eagles originally but after a few minutes of sketching out the eagle I thought it would be much more amusing to change it to a pigeon as Dublin has more than a handful of these fellas. This is one I’m really happy with and might even return to it after this project is over to give it a bit more polish. And who knows, I might even expand them into a serious of slightly insulting sports team logos for other Irish towns.
