LinkedIn Redesign

I had an idea for a hyper simplified user interface design for LinkedIn. I've started using the service lately and have been unhappy with the layout, clutter, congestion, etc.

My "dream LinkedIn" would be minimal, clean, and have all of the focus on the profile of the user or company that I'm viewing. Admittedly, the ads, similar users, "how you're connected", etc are all very valuable to LinkedIn as a business, but my goal here was to clean it all up and strip the service to the essentials (at least what I feel they are).

In this LinkedIn design, you have the option to add a specific piece of media (graph, video, sound clip, etc) to each individual job to better help describe what the job entailed.

Thoughts welcome as per usual!
