D&D Beyond Personas

D&D Beyond joins the Fandom family and adds two new team members, Travis Howell and Jackie Allebach. We welcome both Travis and Jackie as product designers into the team, while they work with Fandom Tabletop to bring you the best online experience with our landscape of D&D tools.

We’ve learned a lot about our users over the past few years and by leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data from previous studies we identified six D&D Beyond personas. Our personas are role-based personas, meaning they focus on the behaviors of our users: on our site, but also in real life. We use these personas to better inform our product design decisions and goals. To add a bit of fun, these persona cards are designed to look like Dungeons & Dragons spell cards! We even got them printed to hand out to our internal development teams.
