Heroku Pricing

The Heroku Pricing experience was complex, with different visual treatments across sections and an inconsistent navigation.

We worked through multiple iterations of user testing, with video interviews, walkthroughs of the existing page, and click-through prototypes. This helped us hone in on the issues, and gave us a clear path to improvement—a tiered, guided (or unguided) approach, offering recommendations based on needs, with the ability to save, share and edit pricing estimates.
