The strategy of the Hands Off Campaign, #ATOUCHYISSUE is to get people involved in real life communication. The campaign will be motivational and inspire social media users to interact socially outside social media, but still involve it in means of support, information, humor, and challenges on the social platforms. The hands used in the logo symbolize the gesture of getting your hands off technology, where the phone has been “removed” from the hand. After many alternatives, the slogan a touchy issue was chosen to refer to the touching of a phone that is becoming a touchy issue to address.
