An Old Historic Home

Is it better to start titles with "A" or "An"? I personally feel like "An" is more formal and relevant to this logo, and "A" is the more whimsical and casual half of this grammatical pizza. Oh the subtleties of the subconscious human mind and their effects on our jobs! Thoughts?
