Can Every Town Have A Resort?

As the world population edges towards 8 billion, what are we going to do with all this trash? One interesting solution is that every town can create a ski resort (mountain bike resort if it’s too hot). The more trash the bigger the resort! Today’s concepts would try and be the easy resort planner. Anyone can design their mountain 😎
