Every feature was outlined and documented via our research and discovery phase. Only then did we move into the UI/UX phase of determining where all the specific elements would live within the experience. Only after all the strategy and foundational work were completed, did we move forward with the visual design. This was an extended phase that included branding, iconography, usage guidelines and even components for a UX design system. Our web design agency ended up creating over 100 mobile app design mockups.
