One of the biggest considerations for this project was a cost effective and sustainable packaging solution, Paper packing is the best option, however we had concerns that new consumers wouldn't purchase biscotti without seeing what it looks like.

Luckily we found packaging with biodegradable windows, finally the package is sealed with a single label that runs across the front, serving dual functions of sealing and branding the product.
