Contracting Business Dashboard

I put these mocks together for the following design challenge:

Sarah is the CEO of a large contracting company that does all sorts of specialty jobs for customers (painting, plumbing, electrician, masonry). Every month, she needs to assess how much money is coming in by specialty, how many employees there are per specialty, and how much money each employee is bringing in, so she can hire more people in the specialties that generate the most revenue. Her schedule is usually packed. She doesn’t have time to parse spreadsheets and would like a quick glance of this information.

Design an experience that makes it easy for Sarah to understand what specialty to hire more of to generate the most revenue.
