Insurance app

I designed an app for an insurance company that helps to insure your expensive equipment. Users choose to pay premium weekly or monthly for insurance and get reimbursed with either replacement costs or original price of the equipment (depending on your subscription) when their equipment gets damaged or stolen. I would like to know what you think.
