Hologram Dashboard: Asynchronous Request

To access new Hologram Hyper features, customers need to request a hardware compatibility test. This ensures their product is compatible with our remote SIM management services.

The compatibility test runs asynchronously and requires customers to keep devices powered online until the test is complete.

To ensure customers keep devices connected and running, we built educational moments into the confirmation modal and keep a persistent inline alert bar.

The microcopy in the toast and alert bar communicates how and when they can expect to receive results.

Lastly, since this is a new service, we have a "just-in-time" educational card that appears on the page until dismissed by the end-user. (Once dismissed we hide it forever.)
