Last year I worked on the design for a new e-ecommerce website. It wasn’t a traditional e-commerce website in the sense that you buy a product on the site.

Penlon, create medical equipment which registered medical companies can buy from. So we created a quote system where a user can add the products to their "basket" and then send this off to get a quote.

Prior to this, people would have to ring up to get a quote on an order, so this process has massively streamlined that buying process.
