The Fear - Uncle Freddy

The Fear

As soon as I got the call, I dropped my plan of going home from work and moved hastily towards Uncle Freddy's. He was sitting on one side of the sofa comforting his excruciating pain with the ice bag he held tightly. He is a type of guy, who is not afraid of spiders, lizards, and other such bugs and reptiles. But there was a blatant fear in his eyes for "Dentist".
He turned into 7 years old when I took him to the dentist. Clenching the arms of the chair tightly, he kept on controlling his fear until the equipment touched his tooth. Then a loud screen and all he can remember after it is waking up on the same chair after 15 mins. THE FEAR of dentist is real for him I guess.

P.S. - The pain has vanished after the visit to the Dentist.
