Frame of animation (in Photoshop) from the film. After animating the characters in Flash for a while, I'm back in Ps. I figured out a nice concise way to work that gives flexibility while I am animating but maintains the anal layer structuring you need to keep After Effects from losing track of things. Its enough of a discovery to maybe do a blog post or video tutorial about it I think... Sound interesting to anybody?
