Some books mark us forever. Who doesn't remember the story of the Rainbow Fish, with its glittery, multicoloured cover? Much more than just an evening story, books and reading are for me an opening to the world of reality. By putting into situation little bits of everyday life, children's books help us to understand the world around us, today and tomorrow. But children's books, and more particularly evening stories with a dreamlike dimension, help develop children's imagination, which will be useful for the dreams of the night that follows, but also and above all for their future lives.

The illustrations in this little dream-maker's book were created by chance. Ink, and more particularly watercolour, lends itself perfectly to a book whose vocation is to develop an imaginary world, because, from watercolour spots created randomly, with chance, it allows us to define and associate characters that we would not have thought of at first sight.
Here, three main characters have emerged from the randomness of the tasks: Celeste, a lunar star, Theodore, a jellyfish with an unusual destiny, and the Waves, messengers of destiny.
