Car Rental App Interaction

Remember the concept for an admin panel for a car rental app we shared in the previous post? Today, we want to share more details about it.

To let admins search for information about trips, in the Trips tab, we added filters and a search feature. An admin can easily find a particular trip using its ID and immediately start a conversation with a renter on the same page. When clicking the “start a chat” button, an admin can open the dialog box, read the message of the customer, and quickly respond to it. If there are any unread messages, they are indicated in the Customer Info section.

This allows admins to communicate with clients easily and quickly.
