Polymer wrapped carbon nanotube

This is a stylized view of a fascinating branch of science showing a pair of helical polymers wrapped around a single walled carbon nanotube. Tremendous applications in biotechnology, medicine and energy. Though I maintained accurate structures, I had broad creative freedom and really played with color and light.
