Here is a shot from sManager android app which can easily track all the transaction and expenses of all kinds of business owner. It is an app based ‘Point of Sales’ solution that helps an entrepreneur to track sales, cash flow, inventory management/warehousing, order processing, account management and beyond.

In the first screen (quick sell) you can easily add the price of the products that are not added in inventory. And you can add short notes with price. 
In the second screen (list) you can add products form the list, scan product QR code, and search products from the inventory.
