Harwell Mobile
When designing the Harwell Hub project I designed it mobile-first, from our understanding we believed that most of the users would come from mobile devices, so had to ensure it worked well on mobile.
Post launched we looked at the usage and turns out desktop was more popular than mobile. This was a new product so had no analytics to go off during the design phase.
