It is called "Jelly Scroll." The video demonstrates the behavior of this component on test objects and on a real project.

The archive contains a demo project with a detailed description of how to import the library into your project, configure it and use it in various scenarios. Our library is very easy to use: you can quickly add this scrolling effect to your website. The class uses GSAP v3 and Intersection Observer. As usual, the README.MD file contains instructions on how to run the demo project on your computer.
