In the last 5 years of my career, I’ve learned so much about myself, about others and about the world. When I first moved to Richmond, I took a leap of faith in a new city and a new job. We’re always discovering things about ourselves and the world and that’s a good thing! We should never be afraid to discover something new. In order to grow, we should reflect on what we’ve learned and embrace the changes we need to make. Only then we can truly flourish!
