Ravelry Rebrand - New About Page

Most of the Ravelry rebrand involved reskinning the existing site, with minimal changes to layout and UX, but we decided to redo our About page from scratch. I had a lot of fun flexing our new brand standards, and getting a little funky on such a static content page. You can see the old design in the third slide, and the new live page at www.ravelry.com/about.

The icons here are by Kirk Wallace, the team portraits are by Danielle Chuatico, and the pink yarn ball at the page's bottom is by Sara Bicknell. The symbols surrounding each team member are symbols used as notation in knitting and crochet patterns, hand drawn by me in Procreate and transferred into AI to vectorize.

Ravelry is the internet's largest pattern database, project organization tool, and social network for knitters, crocheters, and fiber artists.
