Focus & – My Personal ADHD Handbook
This is a personal project I started back in late 2018 as a means to document my journey of understanding not just how my brain works, but how to make it work better.
I had found that while there was a plethora of information on the web, it was as broad as the spectrum itself and ironically challenging to focus on solutions that worked for me. Thus, I found what worked best for me was to document my experiences and annotate them in my own words. It was a journal of sorts.
I hadn't touched it in a while since I went full-time shortly after, but am ecstatic to have found it again among old archives! It wasn't ever my goal to make it public, but publishing the first drafts is a surefire way to motivate me to continue working on it, and I hope it inspires someone else.
