Grain Dead Film Club Logo

Grain Dead Film Club is a collective of film photography enthusiasts, novices, experts, and students. My good friend and film fiend, Ross Page, started the group with the simple desire to shoot with friends. After the first photo walk, the club became official. Since my first photography class in college, I have always had a love for film photography so I was thrilled to both join and design the logo for GDFC. Grain Dead Film Club, plays off the “film is dead” vibe - the mark is a melding of a film roll and skull with added texture and grain to match the theme of the Grain Dead brand. I collaborated with Josh Rivenbark who provided a scary good camera-coffin illustration for the t-shirt below which is still a work in progress. We hope to make some more merch in the near future!
