Ultra-luxury Penthouse Brochure

Some final shots of the ultra-luxury penthouse brochure. This was one of my favourite brochure projects that I've worked on. After creating the logo and branding for the entire scheme I set about creating this high-end brochure. Along with designing the layout and re-drawing the floorplans I also wrote all the copy for the brochure too. The covers are Acrylic PU coated with a scodixed logo on both the front and back. Internal pages are uncoated 250 gsm with scodixed page titles. The brochure is setup with lay-flat binding so as to not lose any of the plans, maps or images into the fold/spine. This way of binding also allows pages to be multiples of 2 rather than 4.
