🐝 BUSY BEE 🐝 WAYYY to guilty of this, and still do alot of this now - but fuck that pressure to always be creating/hustling/working/DOING SOMETHING - it’s easy to look at social media and compare yourself to other people and put this pressure on yourself to always be pushing stuff out there or doing something productive with your time - but if lockdown has taught me anything it’s that your allowed downtime, your allowed to relax, as if you don’t let yourself have that time you’ll end up burning out, exhusted and your creative will suffer for it too. 😣 I saw a quote recently which really stuck with me - “Time enjoyed, is never time wasted” .
Enjoyed this illo, the idea was for the character to be juggling too much and her tee shirt is bee patterned, rucksack looks like wings then she has bee eye goggles too.
