Zero Latency Booking Engine
In mid 2019, we set out to rebuild the Zero Latency online ticket purchasing experience based on a new scalable architecture driven by design thinking methodology. Amplitude data showed our global ticket booking conversion rate was fluctuating between 5% and 20%.

The online ticketing platform had a mid funnel problem - we saw a healthy site visit volume but were failing at converting site visitors. Customer feedback indicated that despite the current website having visual appeal, there were areas of the purchase path that could be clarified to improve the user experience.
