Internet Complaint Call, circa 1999

While cleaning up my hard drive, I came across this little illustration I put together in 1999 using Photoshop 2.5 LE while working as a tech support phone lackey. Sadly, most of these phrases were pulled from actual calls, including the Tandy question.
