To my black brothers and sisters I will never understand your pain but I stand with you. Now is the time to change from being quietly non-racist, to active anti-racist. We are all personally responsible to create that chance. Speaking up is scary. Especially when you fear that you might be saying the wrong thing, but not saying anything at all is scarier. It’s time that we all take the time to educate ourselves and realize that we need to do better for the Black community. We need to educate ourselves (and our environment!) and do our part.
