QuickBooks Online — User Management III

As part of the redesign of the User Management experience for QuickBooks Online, I explored different design directions to allow business owners to add new users, and give them only the access needed to thrive in their roles.

This shot was a design exploration based on knowledge gained from research, which introduces a 'Workforce' approach to help companies manage their users and create granular permissions. The solution uses a multi-step design pattern that the user needs to complete to add or edit a worker. By splitting up a complex task into a sequence of chunks, you can effectively simplify the task.
