Surfing in Portugal - Flight Centre Social Video

The aim of this brief was to create a video that provides the viewer with some form of illusion, to make them question what is happening with the content. In this case, the video of the surfer appears to be overlapping the post below it.

The process involved using After Effects to add a mask on the footage, that moves with the water frame by frame. A screenshot from Facebook has then been added underneath this footage, which also looks like a normal post when the user continues to scroll through their newsfeed.

Overall, this project provided a great opportunity to get creative with video editing, and push the boundaries of content that can be posted to social media.
