Destiny + Alexa Product Support UX

Plenty of Destiny fans bought the Destiny Ghost with Alexa app features for its collectible appeal. These experiences were designed predicting the huge volume increase in calls and chat for support, returns and warranty.

Project included a simple, usable warranty & return page, game-themed Activision Support templates for email alerts, and all the iconography to match.
