Ever wondered how to communicate complicated concepts to users in a simple manner? Well, I personally vouch for videos. For if designed nicely, videos can definitely not only help engage the audience but also help them get a knack of the product.
As a part of slice design team, I have ensured to educate and convey complex aspects of the product through motion designs, and it has done wonders at times.
For instance, take this video where I helped out the customer experience team. They were getting a huge influx of queries from users regarding the difference between cash limit and credit limit and we brainstormed about how to communicate it to the users via a video.
