OurPeople triggers concept

This project incorporated a lot of new ideas based on the product manager's research with our clients. They wanted some of the work taken out of the original, time consuming way of doing things. The key thing was around automation, for example, they didn't want to have to resend a broadcast manually when a simple setting could do this for them. Work completed for OurPeople in 2020.
