I care to not care!

It has always been a complexity for me to understand the proper way to care!

For a long time, I've lived as a people pleaser where I try to get validation for my acts. I never said no, moreover I didn't know how to refuse a request.

I'm working every day to overcome this complexity and to build my confidence far from somebody's validation. During my first trials, I've troubled very close friends and family. I didn't know the difference between caring for or caring about others.

The same thing happens with many designers out there every single day!

They lose their creative confidence trying to please others, trying to move forward in their careers while stuck in others opinions of their ideas.

Please leap. Please care for the people, the team, and your career but don't worry about these all.

The difference is the same between being empathetic or pleaser.
