Just a quick little animation from an old illustration project that I had abandoned. Figured I might as well use it for something. Believe it or not, this entire animation is 1 second in After Effects (24 frames). All hail the greatest expression in existence: loopOut(type="cycle", numKeyframes=0).

Was quite an interesting process to work within the constraints of 24 frames and make the cycles of all the offset elements loop perfectly in sync with each others' periods. Pretty happy with how it turned out, and hope it inspires you to try more single frame animations (also great for a tiny filesize).
